The application deadline is determined by your situation and requirements.

  • Foreign applicants (non German nationality, non German Bachelor Degree)
    • Application Period: between 01.02 and 31.03 each year
      for intake in September of the same year
    • Applications should be submitted as digital copy to ITT
  • German applicants (German nationality or German Bachelor Degree)
    • Application Period: between 01.05 and 10.06 each year
      for intake in September of the same year
    • Applications should be submitted as digital copy to ITT

Please follow the instruction in the respective online application platform.

  • Application for a DAAD scholarship (only DAC-List countries)
    • Deadline: 31.01. each year for intake in the winter semester of the same year

The following application documents must be submitted in digital form. Please provide the digital application as one pdf-file and organise the documents in the following order:

  1. application Form
  2. curriculum vitae (in tabular form, English language)
  3. document proving the higher education entrance qualification
  4. graduation certificate
  5. academic record of university study
  6. proof of English proficiency
  7. a letter of motivation explaining why he/she would like to study in the program (1 page)
  8. a research idea related to the master program (2 pages)

Application Deadline

DAAD Scholarships: Applicants from DAC-list countries and Germany can apply for the Master program until January 31st each year

Foreign applicants: until March 31st each year

German applicants: until June 10th each year
